Our Vision
In addition to restoring our students' dignity as human beings through biopsychosocial care - such as medical and psychological care - Cidade Refúgio also provides interdisciplinary training courses (such as Portuguese, English, general knowledge, coaching, ethics...) and multidisciplinary courses (agribusiness, beekeeping, construction and cooking) with the aim of training them so that, after completing the course, they are able to return to the job market or earn a living through entrepreneurship, independently, so as not to return to the streets.
Our Mission
Welcoming and treating drug addicts who are homeless or living in extremely vulnerable situations, to then train and educate them in our courses and then reinsert them into society, restoring their dignity, self-love, self-esteem and the possibility of a new life, through their physical, emotional, social, mental, family and professional restoration.

Our Approach
At PROCIRLE, we take a holistic approach to meeting the needs of people experiencing homelessness. Through partnerships with health professionals, social workers and volunteers, we aim to provide comprehensive support, including temporary shelter, nutritious food, access to medical and psychological care, and social reintegration programs. We are committed to providing a welcoming and empathetic environment where each individual is valued and respected.
